MK Party Loses MP a Day After Celebrating His Birthday
The uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party is mourning the loss of one of its Members of Parliament, Nkosentsha Shezi, who sadly passed away just one day after celebrating his birthday.
Shezi, who turned 50 on 22 March 2026, died on 23 March 2026. The MK Party confirmed his passing, describing him as a committed leader who dedicated his life to public service and the struggle for social justice.
According to the party, Shezi played an important role in representing communities in Parliament and remained loyal to the organisation’s mission of improving the lives of ordinary South Africans.
