Two Pedestrians Knocked Down by Vehicle on R37 at Mashamothane, Burgersfort

Two pedestrians were knocked down by a vehicle earlier today while walking home from church on the R37 at Mashamothane in Burgersfort.

According to reports, the driver allegedly tried to avoid a pothole when the vehicle lost control, struck the two pedestrians, and then overturned.

Both injured pedestrians, along with the driver, were rushed to the nearest hospital for medical treatment. Their conditions are currently unknown.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
