An urgent search is underway for Mr Alfred Khoza (36), who has been reported missing following an alleged hijacking incident that occurred on 12 December 2025 while he was travelling between Clayville and Soweto.
According to information provided by his family, Mr Khoza was last known to be en route through the area when he was reportedly hijacked. Since then, all attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful, raising serious concern for his safety and wellbeing.
Family members say Mr Khoza’s disappearance is out of character and have appealed to the public to assist with any information that may help trace his whereabouts. They are anxiously awaiting news and have described the situation as distressing.
“We are extremely worried and are pleading with anyone who may have seen Alfred or has information about what happened to come forward,” a family representative said.
The matter has been reported to the police, and investigations are ongoing. Authorities are urging anyone who may have witnessed the hijacking, seen Mr Khoza after 12 December, or noticed suspicious activity along the route between Clayville and Soweto to contact the nearest police station immediately.
Members of the public with information can also reach out to the Khoza family directly or provide tips anonymously through crime-reporting channels.
