Two children from the Msweli family in Bhubhubhu, kwaMthethwa, near Mpangeni, KwaZulu-Natal, reportedly died on Saturday while playing in the yard with other children.

Thando, aged four, and Emihle, aged three, reportedly began foaming at the mouth while they were playing, prompting them to be rushed to the Nseleni Clinic.

Sadly, upon arrival at the clinic, it was discovered that the two children had already passed away. πŸ’”πŸ˜­

The exact cause of their deaths is not yet known. However, poisoning is suspected, as the children reportedly became ill suddenly while playing.

The tragedy has left the Mthethwa community and the family devastated, with many questions still surrounding what happened to the two young children.

The Mfolozi Municipality, led by Mayor Xolani Bhengu, has reportedly pledged to assist the family with the children’s funeral arrangements. The funeral date has not yet been announced.
